IMA Bergen-Rockland-Meadowlands Chapter Announces March 13th Dinner Meeting

Please join us at The Marriott Courtyard in Montvale NJ for our next dinner meeting of the Bergen-Rockland-Meadowlands Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants on Tuesday, March 13th, 2012. Details follow below.

Our guest speaker for the evening will be Tony Delehanty. Tony is an Associate Director in the Project Management Office at KPMG. His presentation will focus on agile software Development methodology. The interesting part of this methodology is that requirements and solutions evolve through a collaborative effort amongst cross-functional teams. Characteristic of this type of approach is that quick "sprints" of development effort are initiated. Development time is measured in weeks and not months. The sprint allows the business to get it "mostly right." Feedback is almost constant and iterative.

Meeting Cost: FREE to BRM IMA members! Guests are welcome at our cost of $20, payable at the door.
